  Nothing mentions this is a digital order only store and stopped accepting orders prior to 9pm even tho it closes at 9pm

  This shouldn't even use the same name as a regular Cava - it's a "digital kitchen", meaning there is no physical way to order in the store. You order via their app, and it shows up on the shelf. So there's less opportunity for customization, and it's gonna take 10-20 minutes to make, even if you're ordering from inside the store. So, plan ahead to minimize the visit. Still great bowls.

  The staff was very helpful and professional, as well as friendly. Exactly how I ordered it and I asked for additional changes and they have no problem making those changes. The food was delicious as always.

  Came in 20min before closing, heard the staff in the back complaining very loudly and swearing about how we came in 20min before closing. Was then told the app wouldn’t take our order even though we were able to go through the order process on the app just to get us out of the building. Do not recommend. Staff is not pleasant.

  Walking into the Arboretum location, we were disappointed that it was a ghost kitchen style ordering system. However, Sarah was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our take-out experience exceptional. Thank you, Sarah for you assistance and continue to be a delight to others!
