- STSophie TienSep 21, 20264.0I’ve been a longtime fan of CAVA, so I was so excited to see a location open on Guad for an easy post-class meal. This location is always fairly busy since it’s so close to campus, but the staff are super quick, so you can usually get your food with almost no wait. Everyone has their own favorite combinations when it comes to CAVA bowls and wraps, but my go-to is a bowl with brown rice, falafel, skhug, and balsamic date vinaigrette, along with pretty much every other topping. The sauce combination might sound a little weird at first, but trust me when I say it works so well. The skhug adds a nice kick, while the balsamic date vinaigrette balances it out with some sweetness. Overall, CAVA is one of my favorite quick and easy meals near campus. The Guad location can get busy, but the fast service makes it a convenient option when I’m grabbing something between classes. I’ll definitely keep coming back for my usual bowl.
