  We went over there for my friends b-day and we had a blast!! The food was very tasty and the server was funny and served us very well!! I have 4 for the atmosphere because it was chilly outside and we asked twice for they to turn the heat on and when they did it was for just a little bit. Overall the experience was great!!

  Ordered 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese to go and waited 20 mins for them. Didn’t come with cream cheese on them either. I also wasn’t acknowledged when I walked up to the coffee bar for a solid minute even though someone was right in front of me. I worked in coffee and even if you’re busy - which I totally get - just say hi and you’ll be right with me. Bummed about the customer service here and how this was the slowest to go order of my life. Oh and the bagels were burnt :(

  We were excited to try this place because it was rated well but we were seriously disappointed. Our coffee showed up cold, they messed up one of our orders (which could happen) but then the order shows up wrong a second time. When I complain about it, the reaction is a callous ‘oh ok, we will take care of it’. Moreover, the quality of food was ‘meh’. Very disappointed
