  Absolutely the worst service experience I’ve had at any restaurant. We came to this Buffalo Wild Wings at 9:20 PM and after being forced to stand in the lobby for almost 50 minutes, we finally left at 10:10 PM without even getting a table or placing an order. The front desk staff was extremely rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. Nobody bothered to communicate properly or even show basic respect to waiting customers. Watching employees ignore customers while people kept standing around frustrated was unacceptable. This place seriously needs better management and proper customer service training. Wasting customers’ time like this and treating them badly is the fastest way to lose business. Definitely one of the worst dining experiences ever.

  Too much time taken to bring food, though the restaurant was nearly empty and incorrect orders. Plates / cutleries are not served, had to keep asking for everything. Served food was not even hot (temperature). First time facing such an experience in Buffalo Wild Wings, highly disappointing.

  BWW USE to be my go to for wings and salads but they have steadily become worse and worse…I’m still eating this horrible chicken Caesar salad….NOTHING but white stumps and dried, shriveled and browning “lettuce”…go elsewhere where they give a crap….its no wonder BWW has stores shuttering because you can rip the people off for just so long…..

  Terrible. One table of the entire establishment was being serviced and they still had a 15-30 minute wait without being seated in a table. Guy comes to the front to talk to the service host who mentioned party of 3 waiting, walked off. Terrible service, don’t recommend at all. Owner of the place don’t give a toot

  If I could give this location a zero star review I would but Google makes you pick 1 or more. We waited for over 15 minutes and our waitress didn’t come so I asked the hostess and she said she would let our waitress know. We still waited 10 more minutes before she finally came and I realized the waitress that came to us had passed by our table a few times so she saw us seated in her section. Not once in the 25 or more minutes that we were there did she come over and say sorry I’ll be with you guys shortly or anything. When she finally came I told her we were not going to dine there anymore but wanted to speak to a manager. We waited close to 15 more minutes for a manager to come and they never did. We saw when the waitress told the manager about us so it was clear this manager didn’t have the nerve or respect to come and at least apologize to us. When we walked out I had to say something to the hostess but was nice to her and I told her I knew it wasn’t anything to do with her but that her team and especially her manager didn’t have her back by allowing her to take the complaints of upset people. Horrible attitude by the waitress and horrible service by the manager. Don’t go there if you don’t want your night and especially your appetite ruined.
