  I got a bagel with Taylor ham egg and cheese, and another with just scallion cream cheese. The service was good (totally didn’t realize they have a kiosk to order so the gentleman at the counter took my order which was nice of him) but the bagels were JUST decent. My family is from Jersey so after reading the reviews I was excited to try this place but it didn’t really live up to the hype for me. I usually go to Rosen’s because they also have pork roll but I saw this place had it too and I was close by so I figured I’d give it a try. Like I said, not terrible, but certainly not my favorite in the area. I also really don’t love that they have weird AI pictures for their food, that’s really weird.

  So delicious 😋 look how much filling is in my Austin Omelette bagel!! Big City Bagels never disappoints!!

  Atmosphere is not this place’s strong suit, but if you go to a bagel shop for atmosphere, you ain’t my kind of person. The bagels are great, the pastrami is excellent. This has become a regular breakfast pick for us and we will likely be coming back to try their Reuben for dinner soon.
