- EWEloise Ware2 days ago1.0The young woman working in there, in her early twenties, snapped at me after I had ordered at the window, been told to drive up further and they would bring my drink out to me, they did not and I finally ended up parking and going inside in 112° heat index weather. From my time sitting outside with the heat beating down on the car I had seen a few people go in and leave. When I entered there were a few people there being served by the boy who had taken my order and money. But she snapped at me as if I were a child who had stepped out of my place in line and told me in loud and firm voice that she had told me to wait in my car. I'm about 55 years older than this young woman ,also. I told her it was hot out and she said that I was told to wait and that was her best answer. She turned away. I saw the boy finish with two people and he was about to start to wait on some others when I said excuse me. Then she walked up and embarrassed me in front of those people telling me I was told to wait and she would make the drink. This kind of snapping turtle behavior is totally wrong for a business, defeats the purpose of this company wanting to provide pleasing and soothing drinks, is the wrong way to teach someone who is a senior citizen as well as anyone in a position where they are buying a drink, and the owners need to pay heed to what is going on with their investment. And Baskin-Robbins does not have an easy email to be able to write to them. I would never invest in a Baskin-Robbins if that's the way things are run. Dunkin' has partnered with them and I would think twice before partnering with a company that is not easily reachable about its employees. They only provide a phone number and that to me could simply be a person that listens and does nothing where as an email could certainly be referred back to or forwarded. Anyone in the area looking for some good ice cream there is an Amy's across 290 from this establishment. In scanning the reviews a couple of people wanted to give it a good review because they felt bad about the bad reviews. Possibly they are parents of kids working there or workers). Not good to skew the truth about a place just to balance things out. Also, I noticed some people said a bad review in their texts but still gave it a five-star so that confuses the issue . Rating a place highly because trucked in ice cream has a nice flavor is not really giving it a lot of earned credit. One review even says that the milk was spoiled that was in the milkshake. Definitely I have enjoyed the very sugary flavors of everything I've ordered from Baskin-Robbins over the decades. But I was doing so in other locations, too.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
