- CCCasey2 days ago1.0Worst experience ever. They claim they’re out of flavors for a pre pack quart, but when you ask if they can pack a fresh pack using what’s behind the counter, they act like you’re asking them to pull their teeth out. They begrudgingly filled the quart very sloppily and left it half empty. Side note: if you have small children, they may be terrified of that one employee who has stitches tattoos across his eyes down to his ears and has RED pupil contacts 😳

I asked for a vanilla shake. He started to make it but another person came in with 2 orders, so the woman finished the shake once she was off the phone. We were on our way to a movie and I took several sips of the shake and it tasted very off. My husband tasted it and said he thought the milk was bad. Sadly, a Whataburger shake is much better than what I got. We didn’t have time to return it because of the movie. It was a total waste of money. 3 stars because they tried - perhaps they didn’t check the products!?!

I want to come here, but it was so disgusting today I could not even order. There is spilled and dried icecream all over the outside of glass. This seems like bad management as all the employees were standing around in the back yelling (at a game possibly). Please please fix this. I don’t want to stop coming here but I’m not sure I can again after today.

They don’t do twists doughnuts anymore and are out of strawberry frosted doughnuts - my daughter was sad. Apparently ALL blenders were out of order so no milkshakes - I was sad. Usually they are out of flavors like mint and chip. Marshmallow topping - if they have it - is severely watered down most of the time. Not worth the effort to make it to this location.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
