I give 5 stars because the ice cream and service has always been great but this location in particular receives 5 stars from me because it was my husband's birthday and I got out of work late and I just wanted to get him his favorite ice cream for when he got home. I only had big bills on me and no card due yo my wallet being previously stolen. The young man who took care of me explained that because of the hour he could not take that much money from me. I offered to pay him the whole $100 and I could return the next day to receive my change and explained to him why I really wanted to buy the ice cream. He asked me to wait a moment and he went to the back to speak with the manager on at the time. She came out and spoke with me and told me she would cover my ice cream. I felt so appreciative! I have never had this happen to me before.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
