Also I never want the little girl who made my ice cream to make it again! No, she was not rude but I literally paid almost $9, left my place and drove over there for a chocolate dipped waffle cone and she served it in less than 2 minutes with the smallest scoops I ever received in MY LIFE! My cone felt like it was going to float away it was so LIGHT. 😳🤦🏻♀️ GIIIIIRL come on...I left there feeling shorted af. Disappointed cause i finished my damn cone as soon as I got back home. 😒 Like who even scoops like that. Go back to training. 🙄
- MRMorgan Renard5 days ago1.0DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY ARE INCREDIBLY RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS! We arrived about 25 minutes before close. Normally we would not go to a restaurant right before close, however, it's an ice cream place and there's nothing they actually have to cook. Still we tried to be kind and mindful knowing it was close to the end of their day! We walk in and wait a little bit for someone to greet us, no one else is present. Then a woman walks up and starts asking what we would like. A man appears from the back and comes around to the lobby and starts stacking the chairs. For whatever reason he starts loudly slamming the chairs on top of the tables. I am a bit sensitive to sound but this was excessive to the point where I was converting my ears because it hurt (it's a very small lobby). We couldn't even hear the girl talking to us. My spouse turns around and politely asks him if he can wait because it's really loud and bothering me. He says "My bad" waits one second and then continues slamming the chairs on top of the table. It was awful and really rude. Then as if he had absolutely nothing else to do he decides while I am paying and trying to leave that he has to wipe the counter where I'm standing and paying. He bumps into me and leans in front of me and dramatically wipes the area directly in front of me. I was shocked. Then we leave and as soon as we do around 9:42pm he locks the door behind us even though they weren't closed yet. We get back in our car and I am upset rightfully so in my opinion, so my spouse walks up to the door and the guy is standing there staring at us. He unlocked the door and opens it slightly and my spouse asks for his name and he refuses to give it and then starts threatening my spouse and saying he's going to call the cops? I have no clue why. We leave and the guy stays at the door just staring is down. It was so bizarre and weird. Oh and our order wasn't even made correctly. It was gross and we ended up throwing it away. I want a refund but this company never gives those and they don't care either. Definitely won't return there and for your safety I wouldn't advise it either! The guy was tall, chunky, glasses and I think curly brown hair and a hat. The girl had black hair.

Only to find that all the lights were off and the guys were in the back. They had closed an hour early. I was absolutely pissed. I feel like it would be okay if you would have closed 15 to 30 minutes early if you've had a slow one to two customers within the last hour. But if you're an hour till closing, you should not turn the lights off and put everything up. That is just plain wrong. I came back as of the 19th of July and learned that they were closing early because there AC is broken. I love this place and was definitely harsh with the review. Sorry.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.

To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
