  One of the rudest employees in the entire Austin city I have ever seen. They don’t care about the customers at all. Always busy in their cell phones. Fire them all

  Great food and even better service! The roast beef sandwich was juicy and perfectly seasoned, while the curly fries were fresh and crispy. I always leave with a smile and a full stomach!

  The food was decent, and I enjoyed the classic roast beef sandwich; it hit the spot. However, the service was a bit slow during my visit, and the dining area could use a little more attention to cleanliness. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, but there's room for improvement.

  This was the most awesome meal I’ve had in my life. My hb brought me the food to school so it was nicely cooled and the fries didn’t seem to be fried. Very awesome, made my day better.

  Would give this location zero stars if it were an option, so where do I begin , no dine in you have to walk up to window to order , terrible customer service stood at the window for 15 minutes with no cars in line or anyone before me before a rude employee finally takes my order . Seen them vaping and smoking inside the kitchen , would not take my coupon that wasn’t expired , ontop of my whole entire order being wrong , this location had to to be the worst experience in fast food ever , those employees do not care about the customer or the job , I genuinely do not understand how this place is in business. It needs to be shut down , I was handed a roast beef sandwich with cheese like I ordered, cold stale fries and my whole order smelled like weed from the smoking in the kitchen , do not go here !
