He was working hard ALONE trying to service the walk ins ALL WHILE filling a huge online party order and baking more bread. He apologized more than once to multiple people. The problem here isnt the man working or his service... its that he clearly needed support on this very busy 11 Am (lunch rush time). The owners should either hire more staff OR come support their staff themselves if they are short handed during busy times. Maybe consider paying better wages to get people who will stay. Our sandwiches were awesome BTW.
