- JJJohnJul 3, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I was already home when I realized they forgot to give me one of my orders. Staffs were more focused on laughing and chatting than paying attention to customers. They kept mixing up orders, and to make things worse, they completely forgot one of mine, which forced me to make another trip. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of focus and care for customers is unacceptable. I hope they improve their service and take orders more seriously.

I checked the bottom of the cup and there were lots of chunks of the matcha that wasn’t mixed well at the bottom.
