  LAME & GENERIC “RESPONSES” ALL AROUND: I wrote a review 6 days ago about my experience here both on google and sent directly to their corporate team. Both responded with lame, generic responses that don’t actually address the specific issues raised and nor do they offer any meaningful solutions. When I’ve submitted all my contact info via the website, why does anyone feel like this is an adequate resolution?? And btw, “Hi there” is the biggest giveaway that someone is just copy/pasting the same reply to everyone just like the “owner” is copy/pasting the same reply to everyone on google. It’s 2026. Even if you can’t use your own brain to pretend to have some empathy and customer service skills, you could use AI to at least help you pretend you care. RESPONSE FROM HQ: “ Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. We work to improve our hospitality consistently, and rely on honest feedback to do so. Based on your response, our hospitality didn’t live up to expectations. We apologize for this poor experience at our Providence Village location, as that is not what we aim to deliver. We are committed to improving our attentiveness and enthusiasm everyday. While this experience was not ideal, we will use your feedback to improve. Each time we receive a survey response or email about a subpar experience, we directly review it with our store team and operators. If you need further resolution or assistance to make this right, please create a ticket with us through our customer support portal on our website, linked below”

  There were two girls working when we went in. One girl had black/brown hair and the other girl had red hair. The red haired girl was helpful and nice enough. On the other hand, the girl with the dark hair blatantly ignored my husband when he asked her for Splenda. She looked him in the face, heard his request and then walked away and did everything BUT answer his question or attempt to help. Then when the red haired girl saw us just standing at the counter she came over to help us and check us out. As we were being checked out the girl with the dark hair came back behind the register and actively chose not to make eye contact while rolling her eyes as if our mere presence was a complete inconvenience to her. Based on previous reviews of this location there are apparently no quality standards. I like HTeaO in general but I will definitely skip this location moving forward.

  The BEST TEA IN THE WORLD. This place will get you hooked on there tea. This this the Best tea I have ever had. It's out of this world good. They have a lot of different flavors. You can get it in a half or a full gallon. You can mix different flavors in a gallon or half gallon. It was really awesome that they have little sample cups for you to try all the different kinds of tea. They have sweet and non sweet in the flavors of teas. They also had a 0 Sugar sweet tea. Witch is Awesome for a person that can have surga and wants sweet tea. The employees here were really friendly helpful and so nice.
