We came here for breakfast as a family of 5 (three children). We paid about $50, a good amount of money, for breakfast for everyone. My toddler was about 1 tablespoon short on schmear for the other half of his bagel. I asked the worker for “just a little bit more schmear” and told her we were just a tad short for the bagel. She said it would cost money for the additional tablespoon. I told her that we didn’t have any more cash… She insisted it would be $2+ … I just walked away. My toddler didn’t want to eat the his bagel without schmear so now that’s wasted. I’m a local business owner, and I understand the need to control the schmear handouts for monetary purposes. But your business needs to do better here and be smarter about customer service and retention. We paid for five people so it’s not like I only spent a dollar or two. Also, the sides of schmear in the disposable cups with our meals were not 100% filled up to begin with. And I’m ok with with paying for a side but we stopped here on the fly for breakfast and I had no more cash on me! Why make my toddler go without eating over $2 dollars, after I just spent $50??? Wild…. Do better.

If you order a bagel and say you want it lightly toasted, you’d think that is what you would get. Instead I got an ice cold hard bagel and fairly certain the ham was expired. Avoid this location at all costs or possibly expect food poisoning 🤢

There was a little complication of online order but workers with a manager quickly helped.

Picked up an order that I placed to go, waiting 30 minutes for the rest of the drive thru to move through. Hope they learn how to move a line to a parking spot so quicker orders can still be convienant. I got one bagel. No reason to compete with those larger orders in a drive thru

I frequent this location and order the baker's dozen every time. Every single time I've gone, they forget one or two bagels from my order. The first time I didn't notice until I got home and I was highly disappointed, but I thought once is coincidence twice is a pattern. Now I check before leaving the store and every time I am skimped. The tasty food, friendly staff, and atmosphere makes this mistake a bit more palatable, but it still is an unexcusable repeat mistake. Please work with your team on counting bagels before giving out orders. Thank you!
