Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Have visited this store several times. More online orders than anything else.
I have yet to be disappointed. Food has always been spot on. Keep up the great work everyone..

I’ve given this Whataburger multiple chances, but unfortunately the service and order accuracy continue to disappoint. Nearly every visit, my order is either incorrect, missing items, or portions are noticeably downsized compared to what was ordered and paid for. It’s become frustrating to constantly have to double-check everything before leaving the drive-thru.
The most concerning experience was when the staff failed to return my credit card after payment. I later realized it was missing and had to come back for it. Even more concerning, when I returned, they handed the card back without even asking for identification or verifying that it actually belonged to me. That level of carelessness with a customer’s personal and financial information is unacceptable.
Mistakes can happen anywhere occasionally, but when the same problems continue — wrong orders, forgotten items, reduced portions, and poor handling of something as important as a credit card — it reflects a serious lack of attention to detail and management oversight. I hope this location improves its customer service standards and employee training because customers deserve accuracy, professionalism, and basic security when dining here

Beware!! To say the food was luke warm would be an over statement. There was a see thru small piece of cheese.2 tiny pieces of lettuce and 3 micro size pickles. 4 tiny chinks of onion. They do not put out napkins or eating utensils. Nothing! You have tons back to the counter and ask for anything. Then they act like it really puts them out. I had to go ask for some mustard to put on my burger. I ordered it but that didn't seem to make any difference.
This is without a doubt, the worst Whataburger in existence. I hope this managerial thing instead of a corporate change of quality. Today is Memorial Day, and You can bet this awful meal will be memorial for me.
