The cashier was so nice that took my order there at the time I went & she already knows how I like my wings & fries well done. Only one thing I wasn't to happy about was the tables weren't clean they needed to be wipe. But overall everything was great food and the service was excellent. I will come back again to visit.

Also shout out to the crew that took care of us that night (3 days ago). They were all so young but they were running that store like nobody's business keeping up with all the delivery drivers and call in orders. Good job!

This shows a complete lack of accountability and customer service. I paid for my food and didn’t receive it. I expect this to be fixed with a refund or credit immediately.

I called the store to see if they could add a ranch and I’d be willing to pay for it. Was told once you place the order you can’t modify/make changes and would have to cancel the order, get a refund which can take up to 7 business days and place it again for a single ranch that cost $1.20 lol what a joke. Something so simple just lost a customer, won’t be ordering from this wingstop again. Good thing is they are independently owned, so I can order from one that has better customer service but this one will no longer be getting my business.
