  This Whataburger is always so busy. The drive thru staff was particularly friendly and helpful tonight. Much appreciated!

  I go to this whataburger regularly, mostly because this specific location is easy to get in and out of for curbside. 8/10 times that I come here they NEVER put the sauce that I ask for in the bag. Never. I don’t understand how you can manage a restaurant and not make sure your employees are ACTUALLY doing their job. The food is great, don’t get me wrong, but it’s hard to mess up fast food. I have had one interaction with an employee who came out to my car, apologized for the long wait, and reassured me that he picked the freshest fries and that there was sauce in the bag. I miss him. If you want sauce (or even napkins!) make sure you have it at home.

  This location has messed up almost every order for my family over the last several months, I finally called the location tonight after an order was picked up, and they will not make it right. I continue to pay for food that we never receive.

  Avoid this location at all expense go one exit up to Little Road and spend your money there!!!! Customer service is nonexistent!!! Management is a joke!!! Niena Lewis Is one of the rudest people I have ever ran across in my life in food service she needs to be terminated from her position. From a business aspect, she is a complete liability with her immature attitude, and disrespectful ways!! There is a better location, 1.9 miles up the street off Little Road save yourself the stress and go to that location other than this one. This one is one of the absolute worst locations that I have ever been to.

  I strongly recommend some training at this locations drive thru. It is like playing wheel of fortune when getting our food. You never know what you will end up and 50% of the time we get someone else's food or the wrong Drive thru. Today 6/7/26 2 Drive Thru @ 11:56 am Order#574835 We received 1 meal DBL WB only Mayo, L-Fries L Coke, 1 WB only-Mayo. We ordered: 1 Drive Thru # 2 WB Meal, no cheese or onions and L-Fries L-Coke 1 WB w/Mayo no cheese. The plain meat patties we did get were tough to chew which is not the norm. This is a new location that is going down hill so fast.
