  I’m extremely disappointed with this Whataburger location. Every single time I come here, my food is cold. The fries are cold, the chicken is cold, and the overall quality of the food is consistently poor. Unfortunately, this isn’t just a one-time issue—it has happened repeatedly. I’ve given this location several chances hoping the experience would improve, but it continues to be the same. This has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Whataburger. Customers should be able to expect fresh, hot food, especially when they are paying full price for their meals. Management really needs to address the food quality and make sure orders are being served fresh and at the proper temperature. After experiencing the same problem over and over again, I’m extremely disappointed

  If you throw a brick at the window and pick up the glass and eat it, you’ll have a better meal than here. You’d think there is more than one brain cell being shared here but wrong. You’re waiting 20 minutes for cold food that isn’t even what you ordered. Let alone store owner gets rid of reviews consistently because they know it’s a terrible place and want to keep their ratings. Try the one on I-20 and Collins they’re great but this location is ran by incompetent management who can’t fix their store problems. Good luck and hopefully you won’t get food poisoning or ice cold food. Don't try and get it remade, you’ll end up more disappointed and hungry because they’ll get it wrong for a 3rd time. I don’t blame whataburger, it’s whoever is the location owner here, that’s the problem .

  hell to the no I not satisfied at all because my hamburgers smells like shit..🤮🧟 not cap 🧢 it the old hamburger patties they use when they are backup when you let beef patties sit to long under a heat lamp what it get dry and old if sit no longer then 1hour what happens to the beef patties getting smell like shit? smell fact when you let me sit out for so long what happened if you leave beef out to long it get rotten and decay it smell like shit!! fact so hell to no 🙂‍↔️ I was not happy at all what do wrong nothing fact

  I wish I can give 0 stars The Line be long they take all day with ur food like they be in their playin took us almost 2 hours to get our food which is ridiculous

  Served two cold burgers and one they forgot to add cheese I don't know how this happens there wasn't even a rush so they had all the time in the world to get it right we were the only people inside
