  Took 15 minutes for them to take my order through the drive through. Told me to park and wait, made me wait 30 minutes before I finally went in and they didn’t even start my order. I wasted 45 minutes with no food. Service was so incompetent that I asked for a refund.

  I went to pick up breakfast and the drive thru line was long so I went inside. The team is friendly, quick, and hard working. I appreciate the delicious food.

  So, I do understand that when there is an event at the ballpark, that their may be a little bit more of a wait then normal. So we went in the drive thru line, since the concert had ended 30 minutes ago or longer. I don’t think it’s reasonable for us to wait in the drive thru line for over 40 minutes. Then to get to paying, none says anything about it. Not sorry for the delay, thanks for your patience, or sorry we are really short handed. Do better

  We ordered curbside and the guy came out and got our name and said "I'll be right back with it". We waited 20 min and then I went in and had to wait 5 more min for someone to help me. When walked in, it smelt major like weed and the kitchen floor was super wet and was nasty with stuff hanging down on floor. The same guy said he didnt see an order and looked again. Then a few min later he looked at the one that was on the fry counter the whole time and says here it is. He then continued to grab another dine in order and made another guy give me mine. I had to ask to get our drinks but he just gave me cups. The ice machine was not working so I had to ask for it. My sister wanted powerade and I wanted unsweetened tea. The powerade machine put out water and only sweet tea was there. I decided to get dr pepper but then that machine put out water too. I then go out and drive back to our hotel to find no gravy with our chicken strips that we ordered and very little onion in one spot on my burger. My advice?... go to the other whataburger across town!!!! Don't go here!

  I guess fast food no longer exists at this location. It took 10 minutes just to place the order and then another 30 minutes to get the 3 Tequitos I ordered. It was at least still warm when I got it. I guess I’ll have to go to literally any other Whataburger location since this one just can’t get it together.
