  La señorita que me atendió en la ventanilla nos atendió de mala manera como si estuviera molesta por q preguntamos si la hamburguesa venía con combo de papas y bebida algo ta simple d responder ella eso le incomodó y respondió de mala manera si no le gusta que le pregunte cosas no trabaje con atención al cliente .

  I will never ever ever ever infinity ever go to this whataburger again, 25 min on drive thru then ask me to pull around and park, they had no coffee, the cold coffee was nasty, the hash brown greasy and the biscuit was hard….omg😒

  Definitely wouldn’t call it “fast” food, it is so slow, genuinely 30 minute wait for two burgers and a fry. Also charges 60 cents per slice of cheese which is laughable. The fries weren’t salty and burger was mid. No thanks

  It true! People want to review when they had a bad experience, I've been eating here for some time. Today 5/4/26 4:50pm, was one of the saddest jalapeño, cheese whataburgers I ever had here could taste rancid overused oil and the sealed ketchup packets were off too... please fix it, whataburger's one of my favorites

  This is absolutely the worst whataburger I’ve ever been to. Our food was wrong the girl behind the counter rolled her eyes at us my burger was still missing jalapeños after fixing it and I had to go back and ask for them and at the same time another woman was reporting how her and her family had been waiting for their food. Instead of trying to resolve the issue the girl who had two nose piercings in immediately said ‘you want your money back’ the woman asked her to repeat herself and she said ‘you want a refund or your food’. The reported that they still wanted to eat as they were hungry the girl behind the counter then said she was ‘on her last straw’. Other people were waiting for food or having to have food remade and the two girls behind the counter were extremely unprofessional and rude. I even stopped someone from walking in with a whole family and told them to save their time. I sincerely hope someone from management reads this and takes it serious and addressed the issue. They even brought out food for someone that had been waiting and when the girl who brought it out couldn’t find them she turned to A worker and asked if he wanted it. I can only imagine how much money they lost with refunds behind issued.
