Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

After being told that I ordered a number 2 and it took 27 minutes in the drive thru. Will not come back to this location. They crew doesn't care and it shows here.

I had to break into my my sauce safe and open 25 packets of ketchup to even cover the food I bought. That was 20 years of saving sauces, plus i accidentally tore my ziploc. I’m not mad just disappointed. Whataburger shape up brah
- KKKenJun 18, 20261.0Been going to Whataburger since moving to Texas in 1966. Hardly go anymore, food is nothing like it was 60 years ago. Once it was sold to Chicago based holding company it has been a constant decline. Ate at this location today for 1st time in nearly a year, it seems to be getting worse, food quality, service is average for fast food joint. Only In and Out burgers from now on.

The guy at the window was so nice that we did not even mind waiting for 20 minutes for the biscuits to come out of the oven. He was very thorough in repeating back our order every time that we needed him to but the only thing I can say went wrong is there was no plastic wear in the bag everything else was hot fresh delicious well except for the banana pudding shake with wow was amazing thanks
