After asking if there was someone to help us, he asked for an associate to open the Help Lane. Austin appeared within a minute or 2. Austin was so very polite, professional and happy as he quickly checked us out, bagged the groceries and even offered to get us help to the car. Helpful professional staff in a beautiful store.
- OSOD sleepyJul 1, 20261.0Frozen foods are freezer burnt. Equipment isn’t taken care of and left to destroy the food. If they dont want to stock something they fill it with something else. Spills with no signs and broken glass. Dont shop here. This store has been butt for 2 years

No matter how busy the store is, he’s always willing to assist customers with a smile. Robert is one of the main reasons I continue to shop at this Tom Thumb. It’s conveniently located near my home, so I’m there three to four times a week, and employees like him make every visit a pleasant experience. Between the employees hitting the machine (and reselling) and the older Asian guy that just loiters every afternoon to resell, it’s annoying. Could we please look into that? Thanks!
- ATAlex TorresJun 23, 20261.0So disappointed in Tom Thumb this evening. Went in for a cupcake for my sons birthday and nobody was able to help retrieve it from the bakery. I didn't need anything special, just get it from the display case and box it up but after waiting for someone, I was informed there was nobody available but I saw multiple workers on the floor and at the deli. Just seems lazy. We left and went to Kroger and their workers were kind and eager to help.
