  My family and I have been coming here for years. The food is usually delicious. Worth the wait times. However tonight my enchiladas were cold. Not warm, but cold inside. Like they were straight out of the refrigerator. I’m not too picky and was extremely hungry so I still decided to eat rather than complain and take it back, mind you this was at 11:46 pm. My second complaint was my wife’s Chocoflan has a date of September 10th. The date at the time of this review is October 4th.

  ⭐ 1 Star because there’s no option for 0 stars. Very disappointing experience, especially when it came to customer service and hospitality. We ordered more than $80 worth of food, including 16 tacos, and were given only two sauce packets. Apparently, whether you order 2 tacos or 16 tacos, the policy is to provide the same two packets (as per what we were told by staff Joseph on site). I understand having a limit on complimentary sauces, but there should be some reasonable consideration based on the size of the order. When we politely asked for additional sauce and questioned whether two packets were really sufficient for such a large order, a staff member named Joseph responded in a very rude and dismissive manner. He told us that he “has no time for talks” and that we would need to pay $10 for additional sauce. The $10 itself isn’t the main issue. It’s the attitude and complete lack of hospitality. When a customer has spent over $80, a reasonable request for a few additional sauce packets shouldn’t turn into an argument or be handled so disrespectfully. The food may be one thing, but customer service and how customers are treated matter just as much. Unfortunately, the experience with the staff and the overall ambience left a very poor impression. Management should seriously reconsider how these situations are handled and provide better customer-service training to staff

  I understand having limits on complimentary extras, but charging $10 for salsa after ordering more than 14 tacos feels unreasonable. Jose/ Joseph blamed the company for this charge and I will not come here ever again. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

  Extremely disappointing customer service. The employee who assisted me, Joseph, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The way he spoke to and treated me as a customer was completely unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address how customers are being treated. Based on my experience with Joseph, I would think twice before returning to this location.

  Finally found a 24 hour taqueria that I like. This was my first visit and I ordered the Tres Taxcos Especial with 3 tacos, rice and refried beans. I ordered it with barbacoa and flour tortillas. They also included onions & cilantro, a slice jalapeno and grilled onions on the side. I stopped at the drive thru at 1am on my way to work. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and I think the total was a little under $15. This is my new go to spot when I want tacos after midnight.
