I absolutely love this place. I always get the beef asada burrito l. It's my absolute favorite thing to get from here. It's always good it never disappoints!!! I'm here at least once a week. I always had their chorizo,egg and , potato burrito it slapped as well!!! Everything is good down to the customer service ☺️. I will most definitely be back!!
First act:
The person taking orders "did not associate" the requested name of the person ordering to the order number given, so we had to wait over 30 minutes for the food while we notice other people that ordered after us got their food first.
Second act:
A flying roach came from the back to the dining area and landed on the arm of a person eating.
I don't think I'll return.
My first time coming here on fathers day was a horrible experience. I went through drive thru no one showed up to the door to take my order. I waited at least 20 minutes no one came to the drive-thru window to communicate with me about the wait. These two ladies were just walking past the drive-thru window not saying anything at all. Both of the ladies were on her phone!
Rude customer service!
I will never return!

I’ve ordered three tacos today is taco Tuesday. The tacos are two dollars and something I piece i repeated so many times I only wanted three tacos and she said OK. I got you to the window and gave her my card and this is what she gave me when she gave my card and receipt back $31.60 for three tacos. I don’t know what a birra ramen is or none of that I didn’t ask for that all I asked for three tacos only she took money off that I needed to pay on my room so now I have to sleep in my car tonight due to her, taking all my money off my card and then the fact that her and her coworker started laughing at me like I was some dumb black lady I feel that they were racist and I wanna talk to someone over this company. Can I please have the corporate number
This was an experience that I will soon not forget. Here's the details as they happened. 12:00pm, I had one customer in front of me that order a burrito. My order was placed at 12:06pm (3 tacos de asada and 3 tacos al pastor and a coke). 12:26pm customer in front of me, has to go up to the counter to check on his food. The give him his but I was not called. My order was right next to his. At 12:29 I go up to the counter to ask about my food and I see my food up on the counter. The attendant that took my order sees my order and instead of handing it to me, he shoves it aside and proceeds to deliver a big order to customers that had placed their order after mine. Keep in mind this whole time my food is sitting there. So, the attendant comes back and he proceed to start taking another while I'm standing there waiting. I had to interrupt him so that I could get my food. Needless to say, the food was cold and cold tacos don't taste good. I tried to eat them but at this point experience was ruined. I know the attendant was well aware that the order was there. Like I mentioned before, he picked up and moved my food to his right out of the way, so that he could run the food to a customer that was after I placed my order when he couldn't have just handed it to me and then to just ignore me and start taking another order was just not right. So my question is, what did I do wrong? I was not rude when I placed my order. I patiently waited. Was it because I didn't tip prior to receiving service? Im not sure. I do know that my luch was ruined and wasted $24.00, which is seems pricey for 6 tacos and coke. That was my experience, hopefully not yours.
