Hope your orders don't get lost. I used the prepopulated fields to enter in our hotel address on their site. The uber driver marked our order as delivered. After waiting 2 hours for some food, we didn't get a thing. Guess what happens when you try to call? You guessed it. Nothing. I get transferred by their AI service, then no one picks up the phone. After multiple tries, I get ahold of a lady who said there was no manager on site to help. She claimed he wouldn't be in until night time. I have yet to receive a return call. The order doesn't populate under UberEats either because its coming from their online ordering service. If you're ordering online through them, I recommend just going to eat onsite to avoid having this happen to you.

This place rocks!!!! Fantastic food, service is off the chain. Aide is great at her job. Every member of the team deserves a raise. I visit here very frequently!!!! Update:. Stood inside waiting to order. Only one cashier taking orders. Decided to go through drive thru. Waited in drive thru line 30 minutes because I was stuck and couldn't get out of line. It was not a very pleasant experience today. When y'all are busy, I suggest more than 1 cashier taking orders.

I would especially like to recognize the young man who helped me during the early morning hours. He is such a smart, hardworking, responsible, and dedicated young man. Honestly, I truly believe he deserves a raise because he does his job with so much effort and professionalism, I couldn’t believe how young he was, working by himself so early in the morning, and yet he handled everything so well. He did an absolutely amazing job!☺️ He treated me better than I have ever been treated before. He was extremely kind, respectful, attentive, and helpful throughout my entire experience. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about doing their job well, and he definitely does. Thank you so much for giving me such a wonderful experience. I truly hope the people in charge recognize all the hard work this young man put in, because he Deserves to be appreciated. Thank you for your wonderful service, the food was amazing I will definitely be coming back!
