When asked if she had a certain meat she responded “you see what we have “ and did not want to help at all. We left to go to a different sandwich place where we could receive even the bare minimum of customer service.

- FEFlorisa EsquivelSep 17, 20201.0Store manager was extremely rude, I had initially ordered through the mobile app and it kept pushing the time back for when the order would be completed. He refused to honor the order even though it clearly showed on the app that the order was paid for, I then had to re order and pay again. When i got home the sandwiches where wrong again so I had to call back. The store manager laughed at me and asked what he wants me to do, he initially told me I could bring the sandwiches up there but i told him this was not doable since my daughter was hungry and we already had to wait for over an hour sine the initial sandwich wasn't even what she ordered. He then asked inappropriate questions and continued to laugh at me and I told him it wasn't funny and that if he makes a mistake it should be corrected. he still continued to laugh at me which i told him it was not funny he then asked what i wanted him to do and i repeated that the sandwich should be remade because he made a mistake. He laughed at me AGAIN and said that he said i could come up there which i told him that is not what he had said and i repeated what he had said. he just continued to laugh at me, this is awful customer service and extremely disrespectful
