  Terrible customer service made an order at the wrong location their are two on Bowen. They inform me I had to call this location to get them to cancel the order so I can reorder it at their location. The young lady who answers the phone can't give me the phone number they don't know it neither can they cancel the order any information that I want to know I need to Google to get the information. Terrible customer service lazy lackadaisical don't care about the customers only wants to collect a paycheck and when the computer start replacing you you're going to wonder why don't apply if you don't want to work

  Everytime I’ve come here it takes forever to get my order out and all I order is cheesy tots and an ocean water

  Ordered a plain cheeseburger combo with a Dr Pepper and a cheecake milkshake. Took 25 minutes. I know because it told me on the receipt when they printed it out. 25 minutes. Brought me a cheesecake milk. I took a video of it after they handed it to me so they can't say I'm a liar. They also didn't give me the Dr Pepper.
