  I’ve never wasted so much time at a sonic like I have at this one. If you want to place an order here, just use DoorDash or UberEats; it’s WAY better than showing up. I swear this happens every time I think it’s a good idea to go in person: I have to yell for them to hear my order and I have to watch the screen the whole time to make sure they get it right. Today, I had to repeat my drink 5 times before THEY decided I was done and they just completed the order without letting me order the 2 other meals. I ended pushing the red button repeatedly for about 10 minutes and having them tell me to “wait. Hold on. One moment” every time. I ended up moving to a different bay and they MAGICALLY were able to take my order there, but STILL showed up 15 minutes AFTER THAT with the wrong/incomplete order from the first car bay. I kept waiting and finally decided it wasn’t worth my time if they can’t figure themselves out. Plus, their card reader wasn’t working and it was either cash or hand them my card to walk away with inside (which I was NOT gonna do).

  The worst. We doordashed our food and when we got our food. You guys forgotten my friends whole order like how you managed to do that idk. Whenever I got my burger it was ice cold and the patty was dry. My drink didn't taste good and the cheese sticks was also cold and onion rings was burnt. NNever again will be coming back

  Ordered takeout and did not get a single sauce packet. The nuggets and fries were cold. We were not given barbecue sauce for my son’s nuggets nor syrup for my daughter’s french toast. I ordered myself a refresher and it was watered down, unmixed, and apparently not entirely filled. I understand it was late but I can’t believe the service was this poor.
