  I used to always come to this sonic for a sonic blast but today the service was terrible. I ordered two sonic blasts and payed extra for add-ons, when it got to us late, it was all melted and didn't have a single add-on that I requested. When I mentioned that it was wrong, the employee (Fernando or Frenando) argued with me, accusing me of lying, he said "I made it, I put it in there" and when I showed him there was nothing in there but like 5 pieces of oreo, he said "well where they go then?" and that to me is unprofessional and rude. I just wanted to enjoy a day with a well made sonic blast. I asked for a manager and the manager said she was busy so she refunded me my money...to that it's fine, I left to another Sonic, I won't be returning to this one. Some of the staff may need a new profession, including the manager.

  I love sonic. But the two times I've orders at this location. They've put ingredients not even listed in my food. I let it slide the first time. But this time I was specific not to put onions in my wrap. This wrap doesn't even come with onions. I got looked at like I was an idiot. And they STILL put onions in my food. I expect better customer service and food. Never visiting this location again.

  Horrible! The food was full of old grease taste. The fries were full and drenched in oil.

  I was not able to do an order at this store. For some odd reason my online order would not go through and they would not honor online prices. I drove to another Sonic a few miles away and the online worked. But got terrible service at that one.
