  As a driver I have never been so dissatisfied with an establishment. Yesterday I came to pick up an order for a customer and the staff didn't acknowledge me or tell me the order wasn't in their system. After 15 minutes of waiting I ask them about the order, and they get smart asking if I'm sure I'm at the right location. I ask them why didn't you tell me you didn't have it? They just shut the intercom off and never attempted to help me. I call driver support to intervene because at this time, I'm upset because my time has been wasted and I'm trying to explain to my customer why I'm taking so long. Whoever was the manager should really be ashamed. I get it's Friday night, but don't have drivers hanging. Our time is precious too.

  Kinda disappointed. His stated they are open until 01:00. I pulled up at 23:22 to a completely dark store. No sign. Nothing. On a Friday night. Off a highway. Very confusing.
