  The stalls are almost always broken or malfunctioning & the card readers don't ever seem to work. The carhops are mostly okay. But coming here it looks like it's falling apart and Sonic just doesn't want to put any money into fixing the stalls

  This Sonic is always proving to be a waste of money. They consistently get the orders wrong, even when they're not busy at all. Avoid this location.

  The staff, very polite, but be ready for a 20-30min wait (bit to receive your food, but just to place your order) & the your order never to be correct, even for a simple drink order. This was a numerous visit experience along with mutual feedback when speaking to my co-workers. If you're desperate for Sonic, drive to Las Colinas off 114.

  The carhops here are either trying to steal change or don't know how to do basic math. My order was $6.46, I gave them a $20 bill, they gave me $13 cash back, started to walk away and I asked for my change. They then proceeded to give me 35 cents and walk away when I am owed 54 cents. I had to call them back and they then gave me an additional 14 cents. I am still owed 5 cents. I had to walk up to the door and wait for them to do correct basic math and give me the correct change for my order.
