    They are slow as molasses. My food is never ready, even if I order online! The workers gotta be remedial because they don’t have common sense

    There was only 4 cars here and it took over a hour to get my food this place sucks at service has terrible reviews for a reason

    I tipped the server yet it took approximately 15 to place an order for 1 crean slush and 15 minutes to bring it out. Probably short staffed..I didn't appear too busy

    Decent Sonic! Friendly workers. Noon guy car hop spends too much time loading his trey up with 4 or 5 orders giving the perception that they are slow and rarely come out. I suggest bringing only 1 or 2 orders out at a time so that people see you working. Go in get one bring it out and continue. Staying inside for a long length of time makes people impatient not seeing anyone. The service is good either way. The woman carhop at noon always comes to the side of your vehicle even if you're pulled all the way in. Making it difficult to get you order from her. Stop at the side mirror and hand the food. Much easier for the driver to reach forward and bring their food in. Always remember to smile!

    Only 2 workers during an obviously busy time. All of the stalls were malfunctioning and they weren’t even able to take orders, but there was no way for the workers to communicate that unless they saw a new car pull into the packed lot, so we waited for a while before we were told to order through the app. But obviously there was still no way with the broken system for them to know which car was which order, so it took another 45 minutes after the order was placed for them to get our food to us. we were in that parking lot for over an hour before we even got any food. The workers were nice enough and apologetic but clearly sonic the company does not care to give them the tools to do their jobs. terrible experience
