You're kidding me right? One of the workers threw or dropped the whipped cream top inside of my sonic blast and just left it there

Used the mobile app to order ahead and still waited nearly 30 minutes for one drink. Just one drink. They cleared the screen showing it was being delivered but after 10 minutes I had to push the button to remind them my order existed then someone came in person to ask what I had. That kid was very kind and genuinely apologetic. The sign says new management but that is not the brag they think it is.

I just ordered a drink and it took 30 minutes. Not acceptable by any means.

I order two small slushies and a small order of mozzarella sticks, it took over 10 minutes for them to bring that out. The slushies were completely watered down, and the small 4 piece mozzarella sticks were cold. Do not go here.

This location usually misses a few items here and there but this time was really bad. Albeit I did order through DoorDash, I do not blame my dasher. My order was being prepared at 8:16 PM and it did not arrive until around 9:40 PM. Once I got my items, the receipt on the bag was correct but I got a bag full of 5 corn dogs instead of my burger and fries. I understand mistakes happen. The long wait was unfortunately not worth it and u don’t believe I will be ordering from this location again.
