  My name is Coach Jeff Hunt. I went into the Steak restaurant here in ArlingtonTexas just arrived here today . The food was to me the best I’ve had . My daughter encouraged me to go there and I am very impressed of the service in the food .. Shanice the Bartender was very professional I definitely recommend eating at anyone of the locations.

  Umarae (Uma) was our waiter and he was phenomenal. He was attentive and we were never without anything we needed. He was kind and engaging but also great at slipping in and out quickly when we were busy celebrating my son for his birthday. He made my son feel special and just was really the perfect waiter you hope to have when you want to enjoy a nice dinner out. He truly seemed happy to serve us and do whatever we needed - like splitting checks up, or knowing the menu well and being able to give good recommendations. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so great! Cozy and inviting surrounded by friendly people and good games on a few tvs if you wanted to watch the game. They sat us near a tv when I requested since I knew my boys were interested in a game that was on and they happily switched our table to accommodate us. Everyone who worked there seemed happy to be there which is awesome. A perfect place to enjoy a nice family dinner after the Rangers game. I had not been to a Salt Grass in over 10 years and they will definitely get my business again.

  So I got banned TODAY DUE TO A MISUNDERSTANDING, I WAS A .REGULAR HERE AND THE WAY I WORDED MY WORDS GOT ME.BANNED. EVERYBODY'S NOT RIGHT OR WRONG. THE OWNER/ MANAGER PULLED ME OFF TO THE SIDE ONCE AMD HE TOLD ME I COULDN'T BE THREATENING HIS STAFF, I CLEARWD IT UP AND TOLD HIM I NEVER THREATENED HER. QE WAS GOOD. I WENT BACK TO MY SEAT AND NOT EVEN E0 MINUTES LATER SAME MAN CALLED ME BACK ANS TOLD ME I WAS BANNED FOR.THE SAME ISSUE . COME TO FIND OUT THE SAME SERVER WAS DUE TO WORK TODAY THWY WANTED TO BAN ME BECAUSE THAT SERVER WOULDN'T COME TO WORK WHILE I WAS THERE. SHE IS A LIAR. AND WE LIVE IN THE SAME PLACE. I NEVER Threatened her .. they banned me so she could come to work. Thanks for.the time and the money I GAVE YA

  I was in town for work and wanted a good steak. This place was amazing. The streak was awesome, sides were great, the carrot cake was definitely worth getting but the best part is the service. Travis my server was great. But I think I was asked at least 3 times if I needed another drink, or something else by other servers walking bye. All around great place!

  Frequent flyer at Saltgrass...But...First time at the Arlington location on Lamar Ave...I will NEVER come back & I do not recommend this place. My husband and I stopped in for an early dinner. It was made very clear that we were NOT welcome there. Absolutely not crowded & plenty of seats. I asked for a booth & was seated in the middle of the restaurant but passed SEVERAL empty booths along the way...Oh okay... About 30 minutes into our visit. We clearly realized that all the black customers were seated in our area. In the middle of the restaurant...Hmmm...Okay...This is different...But very obvious. 1) Our food was barely warm...But we didn't send it back 2)When drinks/food was delivered to our table. Our server purposefully placed our items so far away from our reach. We had to help each other get our food from one side of the table. 3) I almost chipped my tooth on a big black rock hidden inside a fork full of my mashed potatoes. I placed it on the plate...Our server Gabriel said it's "potatoe skin". Of course that was BS and I didn't eat it. 3) Our server Gabriel mumbled the entire time he served our table...To the point of "I'm sorry, excuse me, say it again became annoying...so I didn't even bother to reply after a few times. 4) I ordered my meal that came with 2 grilled shrimp. I asked for fried shrimp instead of grilled...I was told I couldn't do that. Then I was told it will be an additional charge for 2 fried shrimp...no issue with that but...I get this all the time at each Saltgrass I visit...but at this location it's an upcharge...news to me but okay...I'll pay it. 5)I informed our server of my rewards card and gave my cell number to the server...The manager came out of nowhere saying my full name sooooo loud as if I'd be embarrassed...not at all...i proudly acknowledge & asked how can I help you? He informed me of all the points I have available to use towards my meal...I politely declined to use them and proceeded with my meal. Very strange atmosphere. Very clear they dont prefer certain type of people & i do not recommend & I will NEVER be back.
