  Probé Shrimp & Artichoke Pasta y estuvo buena, regular… me hubiera gustado que la pasta tuviera más sabor, más cremosa.

  The steak was perfect. I got the NY Strip ordered medium rare, and it was cooked exactly how I ordered it. Most steak houses struggle to get medium rare right, but they did a great job. A dollup of garlic butter on top, and I was sitting fat and sassy. The loaded potato was excellent, it had a lot of toppings, but they don't salt the crust like Texas Roadhouse. Overall the food was delicious. I'll be back!

  My family and I went to Saltgrass in Arlington for Father's Day to celebrate my dad. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with our server, Carla. During our meal, one of my family members had to ask another waiter for ketchup because we could not get assistance from our server. Another family member was charged for a side item that she did not realize would cost extra. She specifically asked Carla whether there was an additional charge, but she was not informed until the bill arrived. On a positive note, the manager handled one issue very well. My dad ordered the chicken-fried steak, but it was mostly breading with very little meat. When we requested a replacement meal, the manager was kind enough to remove the entire charge from the bill. We appreciated that effort and it helped keep my dad's Father's Day from being completely ruined. I strongly believe that good customer service deserves good tips, but customer service was lacking during this visit. Carla, please work on communicating better with your customers and being more attentive, because you represent Saltgrass and the experience reflects on the restaurant as a whole.

  We just had a father's day meal here and it was just okay. The service was not great, at one point our server even caught an attitude when we were trying to make sure an incorrect order came back correctly. Our server was trying to rush us to order and we had to ask for a kids menu for 2 obvious toddlers and she seemed bothered to oblige. It's already a place you wouldn't have high expectations for so this experience pretty much confirmed we will not be back.

  Could be beneficial to train hostesses on the open table app. When someone makes a reservation on one of the slowest days of the week for a special occasion with some very simple instructions it sets the pace for the entire dining experience. The first thing all my hostesses have always done was check reservations and the notes on them to ensure a great guest experience. My son's birthday was lackluster because of this. Just a 25 year vet of hospitality. Server was great, but in the dark because of this lack of communication.
