Currently here for dinner usually i go to the Saltgrass on Bryant Irving because they are kind and quick service. This is my first time visiting this location. The servers are so RUDE, we ordered our drinks and one appetizer of chips and dip and they brought out the chips and dip after 10 minutes and still no drinks until about 20 minutes in, and they didn’t even remember who’s drink is who’s, mind you we had two servers at the same time. Also the chips were half hard and half soggy and the cheese dip already had skin on top and chunks in it on delivery to our table, it was disgusting and un-appetizing. Not to mention it took 30 minutes for them to take our normal dinner orders and we ordered slowly and one by one and they didn’t hear half of what we said and they back tracked to each person to re ask what we wanted and how we wanted it and one server got interrupted by a person at our table on accident and they said “i’m speaking to “x” person not you give me a minute” which isn’t very hospitable and came off as rude and disrespectful even though we are the customers and have been waiting to simply order our food. I’m not sure on other peoples experiences here but mine was not pleasant and i’ll be sticking to my normal Saltgrass on Bryant Irving where they have happy, professional, southern hospitality that i expect walking into a medium cost staple texas restaurant.

Came here for the first time with my wife celebrating our 27th year anniversary. Too bad they don’t help celebrate it like a writing on the dessert. We ordered the Chicken Fried Steak with brussel sprouts, Porterhouse Steak with fried green beans, and the Seafood Fondeux appetizer. The side veggies were both fantastic. Perfect texture and flavor. The Chicken Fried Steak was good, but not anything special. The steak was a bit bland so salt was much needed. The filet mignon side of the Porterhouse was super tender and the fats just melted in your mouth. The Seafood Fondeaux dip and bread were flavorful and delicious. Even the complimentary dinner bread that came out were like burger buns were delicious. Overall, decently priced for a great portion. Staff were friendly and fast. Lots of tables to dine at and lots of parking available.

I came in with a friend around 7pm or so. My waitress was Emilia. Let me start by saying it’s been a while since I have had good let alone great service at a restaurant. She was attentive but not overbearing. Usually the issue I have with most places is the waitresses are either not checking in often enough (basically disappearing), or they are checking in too much (like every 2 minutes) where I can’t have a conversation with the person I’m eating with. But Emilia was just the right amount of attentive and she kept my glass full without me having to ask or remind her which is a huge plus in my book. And I’m an indecisive woman and she had the patience most people don’t and allowed me to actually take my time picking what I wanted and helped with any questions I had about the food. I will definitely be coming back and requesting her as my waitress.

I went to saltgrass last Saturday, and when I mean I had the greatest dining experience of my life it really was the absolute best. When he greeted my fiancé & I, he looked us right in the eyes and it was like told us he would give the best service humanly possible without saying a word. It was like we felt an instant connection between guest and server. He was very knowledgeable on the dinner & drink menu and suggested the perfect drinks that set the tone for the rest of the night. & You can bet your sweet bippy he definitely set the bar for how a saltgrass server should be. I ended up getting his number so I can personally request him when I want to dine in again. We will be back for another great dining experience here soon. He went from Trey Haro to Trey Hero 🫶🏼

From the moment you take a seat at the bar, it becomes undeniably clear that Trey isn't just mixing drinks—he is staging an intimate performance. The ambient light catches the glass just right, but all eyes remain fixed on the true artist in the room. Every movement Trey makes is fluid, calculated, and breathtakingly confident, turning the simple act of crafting a cocktail into an undeniable act of seduction. Watch closely as he brings the ingredients together with effortless grace. Cold steel shakers glisten under soft light, and vibrant spirits are measured with a precision that borders on hypnotic. Trey moves with a slow, deliberate rhythm, letting subtle aromas of dark citrus, smoke, and crushed botanicals drift across the mahogany bar before the glass even touches your lips. The drinks Trey creates are pure velvet and heat—impeccably balanced, beautifully rimmed, and poured with an intoxicating flare. Garnishes aren't merely placed; he layers them with a delicate touch, teasing the senses before you take your very first sip. Each cocktail feels like a personal secret poured just for you, lingering with a complex warmth long after the glass is empty. If you are looking for an evening that transcends the ordinary and indulges every single sense, pull up a chair and let Trey craft your next desire. He is easily the undisputed master of his craft.
