  The food here is pretty good but the skinny black cashier at the drive-thru window who normally works the evening shifts she’s pretty rude but otherwise food is still good here at this location.

  We visited today for dinner and what an utter disappointment! This establishment has gone down considerably in both service and food. First, we walked in and there was no coleslaw. We were told that they ran out at noon. Noon? It’s dinner time now and this is a bbq restaurant and you have no coleslaw? The cashier area was in total disarray. One lady came to “clock out” while four others are just standing by. Who is the manager here? My husband ordered a half a pound of brisket and he was given close to 2 lbs. Are these folks paying attention to the orders? He did not ask for moist he asked for regular brisket. We walked over to the condiment area and the containers were empty. Meanwhile someone is walking around asking us if everything is okay 🙄

  This was our first time here the food was amazing The staff was friendly and helpful I got the brisket sandwich The bread was toasty and Delicious the Brisket was tender and packed with good flavor. The Coleslaw Was fresh and Delicious I will definitely Come back here Again Sometime

  First time coming here with my husband and we both agreed it’s AMAZING! As soon as we arrived, we were kindly greeted. Went to order our food and they asked if it was our first time, which then they offered to give us samples of the food. Taste was rich! Very loaded with the servings.

  Tall white man (manager) with white beard, comes over while my food is already wrapped as I’m checking out. I asked another staff member for weight, and then as the staff member is trying to weigh it, the manager unwraps my sandwich, and takes meat off my sandwich (going thru pieces of meat in the bread) with the gloves he’s been touching the register, fridge, and other items with. Unsanitary! I spoke with the woman manager and she apologized; she’s always very kind! I asked for corporate number as well. While doing this he turns as red as a strawberry stating since you want it weighed I am taking some meat off. I had already informed the staff I had allergies. He’s totally out of control. This was totally disrespectful! I’m def calling corporate Monday.
