For those who don't have time to read this long review, let me just say we will never be going back to this place, every aspect of it was disappointing.
The menu is confusing because I was looking for some kind of lunch or dinner plate or a combo plate, but it just shows the meat by the pound and then It listed the sides. You have to buy everything separately.
I finally decided on the
chicken, got up to the counter and ordered it but was told, "We're out of the chicken. We just ran out 5 minutes ago.". What kind of barbecue place runs out of chicken at 3 or 4:00 in the afternoon?
My friend and I ended up splitting an order of brisket which was $10.00 for 5 thin slices, and an order of sausage for $5., which was one sausage split in half, and a small side of beans. We each got a small diet Coke, and the bill was just under $30. The food is put on a piece of plastic paper in a plastic crate and there are no regular plates, paper or otherwise.
At the table, the barbecue sauce was impossible to get out of the bottle, because they have a liquor pour spout on it. We had to pull it out in order to get anything out of it, and it was just ok tasting, kind of average, like Kraft original barbecue sauce, but a little spicier.
When we walked in the door there were 2 kids sitting at the first table with their large extended family, who allowed them to scream, squeal and screech at the top of their lungs the entire time we were there, and no one in the family or from the restaurant ever said anything to them like please pipe down or stop yelling or whatever.
My friend and I just kept looking at each other in shock through all of this because every experience we had was just so difficult and unpleasant and so expensive. I must make an exception because the guy that rang us up was a nice guy, friendly. And just to be clear, for $30.00 my friend and I each got two thin slices of brisket and half a sausage and half a small order of beans and 2 sodas.

Food was barely warm. My mom did not want just warm baby back ribs, so I had to go ask for hot warm ribs. Which they seem to bring from the back. Food was good, not as good as the W35 location down south Fort Worth. But good enough. Not sure I’ll be returning to this location.

Food was OK not great very dry and the pulled pork. Definitely not better than mine. I don’t need to put sauce on my pulled pork and I need to put sauce on their pulled pork so that’s how I judge pulled pork, but I have had their brisket in the brisket is very good.
