- SCSharon CApr 21, 20261.0Ordered a chicken bowl to find a thin black metal object similar to pencil lead. I was enjoying my bowl until I heard a loud crunch and felt something sharp in my mouth. Nothing in my bowl should have been crunchy except maybe the lettuce. I spat it out as soon as I felt it but I might have already consumed some of it. In my hand was a very small thin metal object. It was flexible and had little waves. As I was trying to figure out what it was, the coating came off and it looked rusty. It looked like it came from a grill brush.
- BTBriana TateApr 10, 20265.0Absolutely terrible service! I have purchased catering orders from this place twice! The first time they didn’t give me a receipt. I’ve been calling to request daily and they do not answer the phone. Today I arrive early to pick up my order and they tell me that don’t have a confirmation order. I show them my confirmation receipts. They then say they still don’t have a ticket to place orders. Keep in mind both of my receipts reflect this locations address, Date and time order was placed and confirmation time to pick up. I was told to wait 5 minutes. I had to ask for what as the person did not provide context as to why. I asked what am I waiting 5 minutes for, a Manager? She then says yes. Manager comes in. I give her 5-10 minutes to get situated. She never comes to the front to speak to me. I now ask all the workers to get me the Manager or atleast provide me with confirmation they are working on my order. This location had 6 people working in front of me and not one tried to resolve my issue or provide empathy. I had all my receipts and confirmations. Cooks and or any worker visible to guests at bare minimum should speak and provide engagement offering support to a guest. I will not be back! These are $300+ orders every month.
