  The food smelled good but I spent 15 minutes trying to create an account. I finally leftcwhen it asked me for the third time whether I was a robot.

  They food is flavorful burgers and hot dogs good fries are good the dipping cheese is so good staff is friendly and efficient. Highly recommend giving it a try

  Manager was great. Always a fun place to eat with a unique atmosphere! Just like the ones in Chicago! Highly recommend.

  OMG!!! Moving here recently from the Northeast and having traveled so much, and of course, to ChIcago many times, I was so excited to learn Portillo’s was here! They did not fail. The Italian Beef was killer, as expected. The Chicago Dog delicious and also had to buy an entire Chocolate Cake to take to my Grandchildren. Strawberry Shake also delicious. Highly recommend this Gem in Arlington!

  I went to Portillo's last Tuesday for the first time and I was not disappointed. I was led to go there by RTR Employees (Rent The Runway). Approximately three people ordered from there so I decided to try it out. Crystal (Manager) was so friendly. The staff was amazing! My wait time was not long at all (guessing under five minutes). Drive thru line was extremely short. The food was amazing! I had a Double Cheeseburger, Fries, Lemon Cake, and a delicious Coke! The Lettuce was crisp. The Tomatoes were ripe. The Onions were crisp. The pickles were crunchy. The meat did not taste like it had salt on it, nevertheless, the Ketchup and Mustard combination made the Burger taste absolutely delish!😋 The French Fries were moist on the inside and crispy on the outside with no rotten specks in sight! Yum-mo!😋 Now, for the devine part,😂 The Lemon Cake was so moist and not sweet at all, however, the Lemon Icing was sweet and it just married the cake!😂 Overall, I definitely rate Portillo's with five stars! Amazing!👏👏👏👏👏
