  This was our first time visiting the establishment based on a family member’s recommendation. The cashier, Sophia and staff were very friendly and helpful. The reason for the low rating is that the food quality was poor. It must have been an off day for the kitchen. The lettuce in the salad was wilted, the fries were lukewarm and hard, and the chicken sandwiches were overcooked. We ordered one regular and one spicy. Neither were marked. We had to taste both sandwiches to determine which was which. Finally, we were not given any napkins with our order. I doubt if we’d ever return.

  Who ever was making the food yesterday in the back making both drive Thur up front can't cook or he was just doing my food like that I come to far to be having my food not tasting food like I want it you all need another cook foreal and I will tell my company not to buy when he cooking there and he had a mgr shirt on

  Very good food. But the place is plain out filthy. There was not one single table clean and was not even busy! So sad to see a very nice new Portillos location this dirty… and to add to the “nice experience” the manager was in a very bad mood throwing stuff around and yelling to the staff. Our food took more than 20 min to be ready. Owner needs to do something about the situation going on this location.

  Went to this location to support a MOW fundraiser tonight. It is not by my house. I ordered 4 charbroiled (grilled) sandwiches and 2 hotdogs with grilled onions. Every item in my order was wrong when I got home. All the sandwiches were fried, and the hotdogs had fresh onions on them. Now only 2 of the people in my house are even able to eat what I brought home (I am not one of them). I’m going to have to end up cooking anyway. Pretty dang disappointed.

  $31 for an Italian beef sandwich, 2 hotdogs, 2 drinks and 2 fries is 2 expensive -- especially since the Italian beef sandwich was a tasteless, greasy, nasty mess. I'm fairly certain I went through 20 napkins trying to eat it. Not to mention the over-salted fries. When they first opened, the food and prices were decent -- not so much now. Next time I'm in that area and hungry, I'll hit McD.
