Over priced dogs, I thought it was a hotdog joint only but they have sandwiches and burgers and sweet selection then they do there hotdogs. They only have 3 meat dogs and 1 garden dog. We spent 33 bucks. The dr.pepper shake was awful. The tea topper fell inside my drink. Service was decent. My shake was good. But we won't be back.

Good music, delicious burgers, nicely salted fries, and crispy, tasty onion rings! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-star food and a great first-time experience! I was really satisfied with the quick service and friendly staff. Even the restrooms smelled nice! My only wish is that they had paper towels instead of hand dryers.

I ate at the location in Alliance, it was absolutely delicious, even better than the Chicago location. But this location was a little disappointing. Meat seemed old, not plentiful. Fries were old and cold (No one in the restaurant?) the tenders were rock hard, lemon cake was good. I was craving portillo's, not sure what's going on there. Check out alliance location, it is awesome
plenty of parking, hard to hear when your order is ready too. Don't give up on the brand, this one just needs some TLC.

I've eaten at Portillos in the Chicago area for years, so having one around the corner has been great!
The food is exactly like the ones up north. I always get the Italian beef with hot peppers, and it is a messy, meaty delight. The fries are always hot and crispy. I do wish the drink station was better maintained, but usually if the coke syrup is empty on one side, it's fine on the other.
I probably eat here once a month and don't see that changing.

I've been patronizing Portillos my entire life since living in the Midwest. The new locations in Texas have been good still, with most of my experiences being at the Arlington location. However, I must say, I visited the drive thru today and although the guy that took my order was pleasant, the food was horrible. Nothing was hot, the beef tasted weird, the fries were brown and although I asked for my sandwich to be lightly dipped, after my order was placed, it wasn't, even though he left the window to pass on the request.
I didn't finish my food more than half of it was thrown out. It was less than disappointing, it was disgusting and I honestly have never felt this way about any visit to Portillos throughout my entire childhood AND Adulthood. If this is now how you all do a Chicago favorite no wonder you've lost so much business. Do better. PLEASE.
