  I’ve been coming to this Pizza Hut location for years and have never had any major issues, but tonight’s experience was extremely disappointing. The service and food quality were both poor. My order took over an hour, and I was repeatedly told it would be ready in “10 minutes.” When I finally received my order, one of the pizzas was incorrect, the pizzas weren’t cut, and the dough was undercooked. After being a loyal customer for years, this was not the level of service or quality I expected. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

  May 4th 2026 1:48 pm Hot And Fresh Pizza pick up 5 stars. 1st it is the most immaculate clean pizza shop I've ever experienced. 2ndly Keisha was so awesome and kind she helped us pick the best deals with pickup.She was such a Beautiful Person immediately welcoming and good natured.I knew for sure I can make this location my go to pizza place. 3rdly the pizza was ready keisha showed me the pizza and it was so pretty and well built. I was so impressed the box was hot the condiment request was fulfilled . Perfect Pizza Day I am so very Thankful and most definitely will back for more Yummy Food.5 star 🌟 🤩 !

  The only reason I give this business a 2 star rating is because the staff was semi-friendly. When I first approached the building, I was under the impression that they were closed due to the doors being locked and all of the lights being out. When I called the main Pizza Hut line and they called this location, is when I saw movement in the back. I ordered a late night snack from here (Cinnamon sticks) and as I open them, I realize they’re hard and stuck to the box. I looked past this as maybe my 5 minute drive home took too long and they got cold, afterwards..my sister was eating out of the box and we found a long blonde strand of hair in one of the cinnamon sticks. This is unacceptable and completely unsanitary. Pizza Hut, what are you going to do about this?
