  On 6/9/2026 manager that runs night shift is the worst that could have ever happened there I had a order submitted and ready for pick up thanks to my customer support and many times I buy from this company and my order was deleted not ready and when I asked for my order her response was “oh she must of gotten it with points” like oh and they were not free either I have a lot more how ever hope Courtporate received this message you have a intolerable, rude , no customer service, and no professionalism whatsoever and clearly no education and when corporate reads this I am the individual whom also called you all and made sure this report has been filed Lastly the cinnamon sticks were not cooked and icing was spoiled hope you find the kind of employee you need and will not turn your business that was not easy to begin to tear it down to the ground may you find a new manager asap

  $184 delivery order confirmed. Bank transaction shows pending. No delivery. No emails past order confirmation. In fact 40 minutes after the delivery window the live order page still shows preparing. Finally call in to figure out whats going on and get connected to an answering service in India instead of direct to the store. Pizza hut doesnt have a pizza problem, they have a technology problem that eats your money instead of you eating your pizza.
