  OMG ! I had my bridal shower today and I had a REALLYYYYYYYY big party not once was the service delayed, not one complaint they were on it !!! Shoutout to Brian and Eritrea( I’m so sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) . If I could give 1000 stars I totally would be omg !! I will FOREVER recommend this place and Brian and Eritrea thank y’all for making this occasion so amazing and I can’t say thank you enough !!

  I would like to recommend this restaurant came here for my Mother’s Day dining experience. My server, Albreesha, who goes by Bri, was exceptional. She was attentive and proactive, anticipating my needs without any prompting. I would gladly request Bri as my server in the future. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my day at the restaurant.

  We won't be back. They don't have the crab cakes anymore. Too expensive to not have the food I want. So sad! Plus they don't have a kids menu. There's no more selection to the menu. We waited an hour for me the mom (on mother's day) not to have anything to eat. WE WON'T BE BACK! Horrible experience!

  My 3 stars is for this location experience not the food. I’ll start with the good and end with the bad The food was good but honestly all Pappadeux food is good so not surprised there. Our server Jordab was great. We had a large party for my fiends graduation. He made sure our drinks stayed refilled, tabled cleaned, great menu knowledge, etc. 5/5 for that Now the bad. We called an hour before they even opened to ensure our reservation was all good. The host answered and confirmed we are set and how our table would be set up. When we come in we also confirm with the manager the count in our party. He told us to come in and we were all set. We went over the table was dirty, not enough chairs for our party, and we were all seperate. We went back to talk to the manager confused and he was like oh yeah sorry …. Just super unprepared and not the best communication. I feel like if you have a big party would not recommend this location

  So very disappointed of this location. Too many issues for just one visit. First, server greeting time and bringing menus took a long time. Then, we ordered our entree with a salad and the salad was swimming in dressing so we asked for it to be remade and it was remade wrong again, I mean that’s easiest dish ever.After that, our entrees never came after 45 min.No manager stoped by. We’ll not be coming back to this location.
