  I am extremely angry and disappointed with the way my order was handled and, even more importantly, with the completely unacceptable way I was treated when I called to report the mistake. I ordered TWO LARGE PIZZAS: * One large spicy sausage pizza with banana peppers, bell peppers, and onions * One large pepperoni stuffed-crust pizza After waiting for my order to be delivered, I opened the box and discovered that I had received a plain cheese pizza instead. This was not a minor mistake or a missing topping. The order I paid for was completely wrong. I immediately called the store to get the situation corrected. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility, David/Dave was extremely rude, dismissive, and sarcastic. He essentially told me that I needed to “figure it out” and questioned what I expected him to do about the situation. His attitude was basically “it is what it is, deal with it, or order another pizza.” That response is absolutely unacceptable. I am the customer. I paid for two specific pizzas, and your restaurant failed to provide what I paid for. It is not my responsibility to pay additional money because your store made an error. It is also completely inappropriate for an employee to speak to a customer in such a disrespectful and sarcastic manner when the customer is simply trying to get an incorrect order corrected. I am formally demanding a FULL REFUND for this order. I am not asking to be charged again for another pizza, offered a partial refund, or told to simply place another order. I paid for food I did not receive, and I expect my money returned. I am also demanding that this complaint be escalated to Papa Johns corporate management and that David/Dave’s conduct be reviewed. I want a corporate representative or appropriate member of management to follow up with me regarding this incident. This is not acceptable customer service by any standard. The incorrect order was already frustrating enough, but being treated as though my legitimate complaint was an inconvenience is what has taken this situation to another level. Papa Johns made the mistake. Papa Johns needs to correct it. I expect: 1. A full refund of my order. 2. Confirmation that my complaint has been escalated to corporate management. 3. A review of David/Dave’s conduct and the way my complaint was handled. 4. A direct follow-up from management regarding the resolution. After this experience, I have absolutely no desire to spend another dollar with Papa Johns. I will not continue supporting a business where customers can receive the wrong order and then be treated disrespectfully when they ask for the problem to be corrected. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved appropriately

  Worst pizza I’ve had in ages. Crust wasn’t good and I don’t think it was thin crust that I ordered. Pepperoni was crunchy. No flavor.

  Customer service here has plummeted. I picked up an order 25 minutes before closing, and the staff made it clear I wasn't welcome - slamming things in the back, throwing my pizzas on the counter without saying a word, and completely ignored my "thank you." Their hostile attitude was so concerning that I didn't even feel safe eating the food. I will never come back.

  Staff was rude as always, cheese pizza tasted like throw up. And you would think cutting a pizza a fairly simple thing to do, but I guess not 🤷. Papa johns has really gone down hill.

  Highly disappointed. If you order cheese bread, dont expect to get marinera dipping sauce... also this tiny little half full cup costs additional $1 each.. never again Papa
