  I spent $27 on an extra large ultimate pepperoni pizza just to get a regular pepperoni. When I called the manager was rude and hung up in my face 5/29/26. No resolution

  Pizza is terrible. Not enough cheese even when your willing to pay extra for it. We used to get pizza here all of the time. We're gonna find a different place.🤮

  Pizza was almost delivered to the wrong address, had to run out the house and catch the guy. Paid $2 extra for jalapenos and only like 6 of them on a large pizza. Meats pizza hardly with any meat. $50 after tip for a pizza and 8 wings and will NEVER order here again. Complete waste of money.

  The service I just received was horrible. I called multiple times to try to place my order over the phone. The employee said you can’t place the order over the phone. The website wasn’t working for me . I called a 3rd time, I finally got the customer service representative and he was able to place my order. I always Order a medium pizza half cheese and the other side, half cheese and sausage. My daughter doesn’t like meat. That’s why I only get cheese on her side of the pizza. Pappa Johns didn’t put Cheese on the Sausage side at all. Who makes a pizza and doesn’t put any cheese on it. When I called to complain about my experience, the worker hung up in my face. He said that’s how you ordered it and hung up in my face. He didn’t try to fix the problem at all.
