  Don’t bother eating here- employees are completely incompetent every time I go it’s a battle to get my food. Took 30 mins to order two identical sandwiches just to be told my order couldn’t be taken because no one knew what they were doing- it’s the same experience everytime I go it takes like 20 minutes to order and the food always comes out wrong

  Ordered a salad, and took over 40 minutes. From the few times I've been here, it's clear they don't have their logistics running smoothly. I heard one other customer go to the front desk and ask for their money back while I waited. I don't ever write reviews, but I would recommend going to a different location.

  Awful customer service, their check out cashier was having a hard time reading a gift card and rather then either switch to a different cashier or try any proactive solution they blamed me, refused to accept payment and actually overcharged me for my order. Employees were perfectly nice and sympathetic but the manager had no customer service skills.
