  Too many time have gone without a review. A review is in acceptable. I constantly order outside if reasonable offer hours. If I can't use the accommodations , I can't perform

  the drive thru is usually unpredictable so i decided to do my first counter pickup—never again. as i was approaching the front door, a gentleman, a fellow customer, was already inside the restaurant waiting for his order. as soon as i got to the door (10:54p to be exact) the manager looked me in my eyes then locked the door on me. i stood there for a few minutes. then another staff member literally looked at me and walked right past me to the restroom. the gentleman who picked up his order then opened the door for me. i picked up my food and the staff in the kitchen were nice…but as i was leaving the restaurant parking lot i noticed my order was wrong. i turned my car around and drove up to their drive thru and informed the worker at the intercom that my order was incorrect. he then had me describe what was wrong with my order and told me to go to the second window. the female manager who assisted me was nice, but im done with mcdonald’s and especially this location, as this is not the first time ive had a horrible customer experience with them. i’m following my gut next time and going to cfa !

  Worst customer service ever!! The old lady they have in the drive thru taking the orders is literally deaf can’t hear nothing arguing with me in regards the type of coffee I requested when I have 3 people in the car with me that heard me saying twice mocha frappe they park me for over 10 mins to end up telling me they are out of mocha? It’s ridiculous

  Sunday/Monday never received order from Door Dash starting at 10:00pm. They continue canceling my order. I had three drivers trying to get my food til 12midnight. I called the store they didnt have my order ready order then cancelled blaming it on door dash drivers. I went ahead and ordered from another restarunt. I went by tonight and stayed in drive-through to see what the problem was and why the line is always long. Several doordash drivers getting out there cars to go in and pickup orders but was told that they had to get it through the drive through. Whatever you DONOT ORDER DOORDASH after 10:00 pm at the Arlington/ Sublett Matlock area Mc Donalds. That's o ly complaint I have because the food and service is always good. They just need to change their doordash procedure maybe a code to get inside the store after hours.
