  0 Star for Mayra, the morning “manager” She got very rude after she forgot to add my coffee to my order. How do you get upset about a mistake YOU made? She also told me over the speaker, “i added it,” to your order. At the window she even made a hand signal like saying just give it to her at no charge so she can just leave to the employee that handed me my food. She proceeded to talk to her other co-worker, who also looked like a manager and was, of course, saying things I couldn’t hear, but I'm sure it was about the situation and me. Shame on you, Ms Mayra, for acting the way you did. I am never rude & i come to this Mc Donald’s A LOT!! But your behavior this morning was HORRIBLE!!

  After what I learned........I will never eat from this company ever again. I am shocked and embarrassed and upset and I am just overall disgusted. I've basically eaten here my entire life literal. I don't even have memories but my family says I used to eat the nuggets and the toys were always awesome. It's just.........sad like...... it's like the welcoming happy joyful environment has been ruined by what the people who make business decisions have done. The reputation of McDonald's has been ruined forever. Ifykyk. Stay vigilan and stay away from McDonald's.

  I order here every single day I work nearby. All I want is for my french fries to be golden brown and I hate to do a bad review but I’ve just had too many white french fries whiter than your receipt paper. Please teach the people to make the fries, golden brown like they’re supposed to be. Thank you.

  Worse Experience Ive had. The longest line ive ever experienced. On top of that, the service. the only nice service I got was from the lady in the drive taking orders. After i received my order, I went inside to speak to a manager. This lady taking after midnight deliveries was unprofessional and rushed to tell me the manager was busy, and if i wanted to just get in line through the drive thru to talk to him. Very disappointed. Food was cold.

  Been coming here for over 8 years. I usually order my coffee came in at 7:55 AM ordered a medium iced coffee and three cookies went to pay and then went to the window to pick it up. They said that to make them fresh I said for three cookies so I drove around the corner waited waited about 10 minutes. Nobody showed up went inside to pick three cookies up wanted to drive off. A waste of time. . Nobody even knew what was going on. Spoke to the manager. She’s always very professional and love the way, She fixes her hair when I gave her the order that they didn’t bring it out I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes outside. She went and got the cookies, but they weren’t even fresh. They were just cold and so the second girl basically lied to me never come in here again don’t waste your time. The manager is very professional, but the employees play too many games with your time never come in here again. Hard to find good help nowadays. It’s McDonald’s. What skill do they need. Order takers !
