  5/6 10pm I've been to this mcdonald's several times over the past couple years and this past management has to be the worst by far, the employees aren't trained, they rush customers to order then blame them when they get it wrong. The management was unprofessional and made a simple mistake that THEY made into a way bigger problem than it should have been. Instead of de-esculating the situation and just apologizing for the miscommunication he (the management) decided to get on his high horse and try and make it seem like he couldnt take the food out of the bag and check the order simply because he quote " already put the food in the bag". Which of course when he checked it was as I thought the wrong order. I wouldnt recommend coming at night time especially if those two are there teaming up in how quick they can test your patience

  Worst experience, worst customer service. I ordered 5 ice cream cones, I asked 4 to be made small for kids and a regular one. They were all made tilted falling all over, I asked the manager Mitchell if he can remake one since it was done horrible and he said “no the company will lose money if we remake it and you have to purchase another one” I replied I can easily buy another one but make sure it’s not going to be like that , it’s not about buying another one but about the customer service and the quality of the product!!! Horrible

  Paid almost $4 for bacon to be added to my burger and got all the way home to find out that the bacon was not added…it’s not hard to add. Bacon to a burger…
