  We stood in line a few minutes without even being acknowledged. Finally I asked if they had someone working g the front. A lady came. I informed her I had a replacement order for a chicken McMuffin and that it was almost burnt, tasted burnt and dry and the milk was luke warm. The replacement sandwich was the same way. The milk was a bit colder. Staff seemed almost rude.

  I came inside and the manger ignored me and did not greet me even after I said excuse me, even the staff were not friendly they all just look and did not greet or ask if i have been help. This is not good customer service.

  This McDonalds is garbage. Stopped in for a dessert this evening. Manager actually took my order and was clearly disappointed in her decision to work there and showed it. Shorted my .03 at the register because they didn’t even have pennies when I paid cash. Is it my problem you can’t accept American currency where it costs me extra or yours?? Two hot fudge sundaes and they didn’t have hot fudge so decided to pour in chocolate syrup instead of even bothering to ask me if I preferred caramel. I see the other horrible reviews and yep clearly horrible management here. Do better !

  They have poor customer service. Manager rushes the orders over the speaker and the transaction at the window. They charge .25 for a syrup to go with a breakfast sandwich because it’s not a pancake. At least at Burger King the customer gets the proper condiments they want

  I have one complaint McDonald's cost too much now to be missing food from order and they don't answer the phone. I need someone to get in contact with me ASAP cause the same way I paid for my order I would like to receive it without having to get home to find everything not there.
