    Gave my food out to the wrong person, waited 10 additional minutes for a drive thru order, wrong drink entirely after trying to hand me the wrong drink and size, half the food is cold but the fries were piping hot. Astonishing really even for fast food

    This damn location is absolutely horrendous. They mess up the orders all the time, they’re unprofessional including the managers. My 13 year old son has been waiting for 40 mins for a couple of damn cookies!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why the Sam hell does it take this long to get cookies?!? Work on your damn location. It’s been like this for two years and it’s only getting worse.

    Horrible experience. The restaurant was dirty, and the air conditioning in the play area wasn’t working. A week ago, I slipped and fell because someone had spilled soda on the floor, and there was no warning sign. I filed a report through the app, and they contacted me, saying that their insurance company would reach out to me. However, they still haven’t called. I’m still dealing with the effects of the fall. Very disappointing customer service and a lack of concern for customer safety.

    I don't understand how I can be waiting in the drive through behind 1 vehicle. Wait 45 minutes and still my order is incorrect. Visit was at 2:15am 6/18. I specifically said and repeated I wanted ONLY meat on my burger. And I still get cheese. When my receipt says "special request" But plain "only cheese" Does the kitchen not ask or just not care? And the cheese that I did get on the burger. That wasn't supposed to be there. The burger was so cold, the cheese didn't even melt. Which yes it made removing it easier. But that just tells me my food was already cold. Both burgers cold, fries cold. This was the worst experience I've ever had at this location. I spent my entire lunch break waiting for cold incorrect food and didn't even have time to eat my meal before going back to work.

    Today, I ordered with the McDonald's App and requested to have my meal brought to my table with table tent #35. I was notified via App that my order was being prepared. I waited patiently for a good while and noticed that my order was ready to be brought over to my table. The employee at the counter was calling other customers by number. As a fool, I waited for my order thinking shortly I should receive my order and did not. So I decided to get out of my seat and walk over to ask for the order. The same employee, asked if I needed help. I explained to her why is the order taking so long. She said," what did you order?" I showed her my phone with all the details regarding the simple order. She then said,"oh, I'm sorry. I had your order at the counter and perhaps another customer took it." No apologies. No concern for the fact that the order was a table order. "No problem Sir. Can you tell me what you ordered? I'll prepare it and give to you now. She hurried in preparing it, and placed it in a paper bag. I told her, Ma'am. I order it for here. To eat it at my table. Anyways, I just need to accept that fact that I shouldn't complain about customer service and or about how service is provided. After all, I'm at the mercy of the workers who handle food and all the ingredients and perhaps additional biological ingredients that can be added by a disgruntled employee. Paul C.
