  Worst experience of any Mc Donald's I've ever been to. I politely asked for assistance from 3 people so I could order. They all walked by me and didn't give me the time of day. It wasnt untill I rose my voice with assertion and they looked at me like I was being rude. Look I get it I've worked fast food before back in the day. But these employees are something else. The manager clearly does not know how to run a business. After they talked to me with attitude I simply walked out. It may be 2026 but customer service should still be top priority.

  I'm not sure what's going on in this particular McDonald's the customer service is awful the drive-thru service is even more worser the workers have attitude they barely speak and get your order wrong and then act like they ready to fight so I don't go to this McDonald's quite that much like I used to that used to be my go to McDonald's I have switched to a new one by my house and because they are new there is never a problem when I go there but this particular one that y'all are asking me about they got a good bit of crew that needs to be replaced including the manager and he's a male I have been calling the best manager there which is a woman and I'm not even sure she's American descent but they have a manager there they have a manager there that's African-American he saw the rude they have a manager there and he seems like he's Mexican or Latino descent he's rude too

  I absolutely hate coming to this establishment. The food is always stale looking and un tasteful. I decided to give this place another try since we were in the area and yes, disappointment was at its best. I ordered a hot mocha. It was spoiled and sandwiche was like a brick!
