  I visit this McDonald’s frequently, and this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. I ordered the Big Breakfast, and when I checked my bag, I noticed there was honey included instead of syrup. When I asked for syrup, I was told they were out. No one mentioned this when I placed my order, and had I known, I would have ordered something else. I cannot eat pancakes without syrup, and I do not eat honey. The manager seemed completely disinterested in my concern. When I asked if I could change my order, I was told no, which was extremely frustrating given the situation. I ended up driving to another restaurant just to get syrup, and when I arrived, I realized there was no butter or utensils included either. At that point, the entire meal was essentially wasted, along with my money. A little communication and basic customer service would have gone a long way. If key items like condiments are unavailable, customers should be informed upfront and given the option to adjust their order.

  I went in thinking it's a simple order, thry can't mesd it up. I ordered a sausage egg & cheese muffin meal, sub round egg for scrambled egg, and THEY STILL PUT ROUND EGG ON IT!!!! EVEN AFTER I CHECKED MY SANDWICH AT THE COUNTER TO MAKE SURE!!!😡😡😡😡😡 UNACCEPTABLE!!!

  ordered online this place constantly "misplaces" food from orders im convinced they just steal food atp. ordered fries and 2 cheeseburgers for my daughters and a burger for myself didnt see till i got home that my daughters didnt infact have a meal 2 cheeseburgers gone, happens more than we'd like but what do we get for going to shitty food places hoping for a cheaper option.
