  I placed an order over an hour before drive through closed waited in line for over half an hour with no one answering or mentioning ‘hey we closed early’ I pulled up to the window and still waited patiently since I placed an online mobile order that was already paid for and everyone just walked by no acknowledgment of anyone in line also didn’t get a refund so I wasted over 20 for literally nothing since the app said “working on your order” but they weren’t definitely not coming coming here again. Do better

  This is the only McDonald’s in Arlington that will rip you off on sauces. I ordered a 10 piece and a six piece and they only wanted to give me two sauces, one ranch one hot mustard. They wanted to charge you for a third. How is that even possible 16 pieces of chicken for two small sauces? One star this place is no good stay away. This is a third time in the last month that this has happened to me one star all day.

  This is the only McDonald's on my way to work. I stop and get my iced coffee. Here lately its horrible. It's never sweet enough, I always ask for extra creamer, and they barley put any. This morning my cup was spilling over and the ice was melted. It was warm and no flavor. One lady sound like she's yelling through the speaker. Overall they seem like they dont care. I won't be returning, ill find another one, even if I have to go out of my way

  Kind of sterile decor. I refuse to order from a kiosk. I do appreciate the drink station. But the playland is stellar. I am only referring to the Randol Mill Rd Arlington TX location. Most of the others are extra Awful. We come to this location, which is out of the way, but worth it.
