I have went here a few times before but this last time it was busy, so my friend and I waited for about 45 minutes. Then we got seated and our waitress finally came. Then we noticed some others who came after us were eating and now it has been close to an hour before getting our food. Our waitress was going in and out waiting on others then comes and say oh your food should be out soon, really? Wow we were hungry and very disappointed, so we asked for the manager and told him about the wait time and that we are going to leave. Now the food comes out Not hot of course as if it's been sitting in the back, so the manager says don't leave give us another chance, we were feeling some type of way because it wasn't right. So now the manager gets us fresh food and it was good but he wasn't trying to compensate us for this long time waiting and cold food, as if they didn't get our order or maybe they were mad at our waitress idk. It's the principal of it all, I let him know he needs to take care of this bill because I was about to walk out and he wanted us to stay. Two hours at this place and got treated this way, really??? The waitress was nice but wasn't listening she didn't put in all of the order, she was waiting on the tables and some of them getting their food. Let's be clear we came in with a good vibe, friendly, no problem on our end, two friends out having dinner, but in my opinion when there's a error a big error we should not have to suggest anything about the bill, just be fair period, he said I have to charge you something, well!!!!! I should have asked for Randy that waited on me the last couple of times his customer service skills are amazing, I will take a break from this place!!!
