  No line at drive but Frappuccino machine wasn’t working when I came drove 45 mins to get and didn’t but maybe next time

  6:18am. "Hot Now" sign is on... OF COURSE I'm going to stop because nothing's better than a KK doughnut right off the line. I start my order with an iced latte. "Latte machine is down." Okay, cool, thats fine, I'll take an iced coffee with oat milk w/ either vanilla or mocha. "Out of oat milk but I can do 2%?" Not a huge deal and I appreciate the suggestive sell, I'll take it. And let me get 4 hot glazed as well. A different, louder, more assertive and less friendly voice overtakes the drive thru voice box, "DON'T HAVE ANY HOT DONUTS." Oh... well I stopped bc yall's 'Hot Now' sign is on outside.. "NO HOT GLAZED; NOT UNTIL 7:15." What a distant-enough, yet, oddly specific time to give me to deter me from waiting around for their completion (Slightly confused how a store that just opened does not have any hot inventory to sell when it's sign says "Open"). Very sad and disappointed to say the least, however, I still will return if I see that sign on again because pre-boxed KK doughnuts in the store or gas station cannot even come CLOSE to a hot glazed straight off of the conveyor belt. Morning ruined but not my mood. Refuse to lose hope. 1 out of 10.

  We drove 30 min to go there and they were sold out of the type of doughnut I went for and the server was rude, didn't apologize or suggest an alternative, nothing. He could have at least told me when there would be more

  Very disappointed from today's experience not only it was emparisng to my daughter but me too. We purchased a dozen this morning for my daughter's class room the teacher informed me that when she opened the donut box she discovered hair in some donuts therefore she was not able to distribute any to the children and had to let me know because my daughter was upset. This was my go to place for your but never again.
