  I really didn’t like what I saw during my visit. There were several of us waiting to order, and only one employee was trying to handle everything by himself—bless his heart, because he was definitely doing his best. Meanwhile, the assistant manager was sitting at a table playing with Pokémon cards instead of stepping in to help. SMH! When you see your employee struggling and customers waiting, that’s the time to jump in and support your team. It was honestly frustrating to watch, especially when people are getting paid to work, not sit around while someone else does it all.

  Best Jimmy John’s location I have been too! The food was fresh, friendly staff and quick service. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

  Checked out the new location and had a great experience! Friendly staff, quick service, and fresh food. Glad to have this place in the neighborhood. Definitely coming back!

  I wanted to give a shout out to Mike, the manager I assume. I placed an online order not knowing they had just aan experience a massive lunch rush and ran out of bread. Mike called me immediately to let me and wanted to know if it would be okay with waiting which was okay. My order wasn't quite ready when I got there bread was still baking..which is fine. Staff was extremely apologetic and professional the whole time. While I waited, I heard him training his staff with exteme patience and warmth. They've been only open 4 days. Good to know good manager still exist.
