Never in my 50 years of life have I taken the time to write a bad review about any place but my experience at this location has been horrible. First things first, every time I’ve walked in here the floors have been sticky and dirty, I can tell that the manger does not know how to hold the employees accountable… Second, there is no level of professionalism coming from anybody in this location, there is constant yelling and goofing around, messing up drinks and taking far too long for simple orders. Finally, I would never recommend anyone come here, the manger does not even know how to hold herself accountable. If I were you, I would just buy the tea bags and make it at home!!! 😡
